New bus shelter for Hadleigh The Town Council is very pleased to report that it has recently installed a much needed bus shelter at the entrance to the Lady Lane Industrial Estate, under the terms of a partnership funding scheme with Babergh District Council and Suffolk County Council. Without this essential financial assistance the project would not have proceeded this year. The Town Council would in addition, like to gratefully acknowledge the support of Collage Designs Limited, who kindly agreed for the bus shelter to be placed on its land. The Town Councils’ Environment and General Purposes Committee will annually review the provision of bus shelters in Hadleigh and will budget accordingly with a view to providing one new shelter each year on a “need for” basis.
